Hey friends!  As a new blogger, I am learning as I go.  To say there is a huge learning curve is an understatement.  It’s not as easy as writing a post and sending it out into the blogosphere.  Not at least if you want to grow a real following or grow a business.  In order to achieve that you have to play the social media game too.  That alone is a full-time job.  You have to get your content out there and reach a lot of people.  And, you have to do it multiple times a day on a consistent basis.

Many of you are, as my son explains to me, digital natives.  I, on the other hand, in the words of the same son, am a digital pilgrim.  This means that I’m too old to understand it.  He is kind of right.  It is an overwhelming task to take on the social media beast. You have to post several times a day, comment on other people’s posts, try to get likes and follows, all while writing posts, taking photos, and in my case, working a full-time job.  Whew!  That makes me tired just typing it. 🙂  A media scheduler is a must.  You need a service that will allow you to schedule your content and when you want it shared.
